NFL NEWS AND NOTES 2011 "PRO TALK" Segment with TLW

Welcome to my site and welcome to my segment PRO TALK. We take a look at the NFL. We have a lot of news to go over so let us get started. Briefly, the Lions are 5-0 for the first time since 1956 and the Packers are also 5-0. The NFC NORTH DIVISION hold the last 2 unbeaten teams in the NFL. The Vikings came up with their first win, but is Donovan McNabb the right quarterback. Tim Tebow has been named the starter. What does it mean for Denver? Rookie of the year runners, who are they?

The Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers are the last remaining NFL teams that are undefeated. Who is better? Well, we will find out on Thanksgiving, but for now, we will have to analyze the matchup. Both teams have a powerful offense. When you break down both offenses, Green Bay is better. Why? It is Aaron Rodgers. How can you not be a fan of this man. Aaron Rodgers is the best quarterback in the lead. Yeah, I said it. He is better then Brady and Manning. What about Matthew Stafford? He is a top 10 quarterback. I have him at #7. The question is will he stay healthy? So far, so good. The quarterback position is the number one spot on the field. It is a passing league. Yes, all positions are important. A team is a team and a team has to play as a team. Point taken. Even so, you have to have a good quarterback to win. Think about it. Past Superbowl Champion quarterbacks, Aaron Rodgers, Ben Roethlisberger, Eli Manning, Payton Manning, Drew Brees, Tom Brady, Rich Gannon, Trent Dilfer, and so on. Green Bay is #1 on my powerhouse rank chart and Detroit is #2. Let's hope that they are still undefeated on Thanksgiving. I look forward to it.

The Vikings ended their 4 game slide on Sunday under the legs of Adrian Peterson. Peterson ran for 3 touchdowns in a blowout win against Arizona. Good deal right? Wrong! What is up with Donovan McNabb? He struggles to put up a 100 yard game. I really do believe he is done. Send in Christian Ponder. I thought McNabb could refigure his image in Minnesota, but it has showed that he is hanging on by a string. What next? It is time for my favorite part of this segment. McNabb, you are on my plate. "STICK A FORK IN HIM, HE'S DONE!" Minnesota, it is time to move on. Ponder, be ready cause your chance is coming soon. Your last in the division with two 5-0 teams. Your done.

Finally, Tim Tebow is starting for Denver. Coach Fox announced the news yesterday. Skip, I know your all smiles. Skip Bayless told us all time and time again that this would happen. Good call Skip. When Tebow enters the field, lightning strikes. He brings the thunder. His energy passes through the team and they get a natural high. It is powerful. Coach Fox may have just saved his job. No one wants a repeat performance of Carolina. The Broncos will be healthy due to the bye week and Tebow leads them to the win in 1 1/2 weeks.

Cam Newton and Andy Dalton? Who would of thought this? Me! I called this, Carolina isn't winning. I know. If they had a defense, they would be 5-0. Cam Newton believed. He did his work and it is showing. I tried to tell you all that he had no pressure. He thrives in pressure. SEC title game? BCS Championship? Cam will be a legend before he is done. I am calling that. So deal it. Big props to Bengal quarterback Andy Dalton. Ole' Irish! He can't play ball. He has red hair! You people are so goofy. I told you he was the 2nd best quarterback in the draft. So far, he is. I know some have yet to play, but we will see them in time. Trust me. Especially in Minnesota. The Bengals are 3-2, one game away from last years total and one game ahead of what everyone picked them to win. I told you Carson Palmer was the issue. Enjoy your vacation Palmer. After this start, they don't know you.

Thank you very much for tuning end and I will be back for our Week 6 preview. I will have a special interview and we will discuss the NFL. Next in line, we take a look at the big games in college football this weekend. Who is the real number one?  I am your online host TLW. Until then, happy blogs to ya.

NFL NEWS WEEK 5 2011

The Philadelphia Eagles are now 1-3 and dead last in the NFC East division. They now will face the Buffalo Bills (3-1) on Sunday, who were brought back down from the sky in a loss at Cincinnati. Michael Vick called out Vince Young recently for his "dream team" antics. I believe this has cursed them. They should have just kept quiet and dropped that high label. They created this target on their back and Superbowl talks immediately began. Sunday can make or break the Eagles season.

The Eagles have to win this game on Sunday. They will have to travel to Buffalo and it will be in front of a packed house. Philadelphia enters a stretch where it is now or ever. After Buffalo,  they travel to play Washington (3-1), then play Dallas (2-2) and Chicago (2-2) at home. They have to win those two division games. They do have a bye after the Washington game.

The New York Jets (2-2) will travel to play New England (3-1) on Sunday in their first match up since the playoff game earlier this year. Both teams have issued to attend too. New England's defense is ranked last in the NFL in total defense. The Jets offense has been struggling this season. Once again, questions about Mark Sanchez are rising. This is a must win game for both teams. The Patriot offense is better then the New York defense. On the other hand, the Jets offense should be able to move the ball against New England. I have a feeling that scoring will be plentiful on Sunday.

Cam Newton and Andy Dalton are both starting rookie quarterbacks. I have been very impressed with both of them so far this season. I know Cam has better stats, but Dalton has put his team in a winning position in every game. The Bengal defense is ranked #1 in total defense. Yes, this is no error. The Panthers have lost 3 games, but none were more then 7 points. Cam is what they needed and this will be a dangerous team in the future. Carolina is 1-3 on the season and the Bengals are 2-2. The Bengals travel to play Jacksonville on Sunday and the Panthers will host New Orleans.

TRUE LOVE

If I ever tend to stray away

You keep me on the path

You were always there for me

Never judged me for the past

Like the shadow by my side

You have been there for me

When I look into your eyes

True love is what I see

I feel it when your near

I feel it in your touch

I feel it is true

Baby I love you so much

I will always be here

Til I take my last breath

Baby I'm forever yours

Forever until my death
